Today, we took finals I just finished. I dont know if i did so good! I hope I did cause if i didnt I'm going to be in so much trouble. I should have took time to study for these finals. O well, but over the weekend i made up a poem; it just came to me while I was thinking about my cousin Kevin J. Harding R.I.P. Entitled `Shootings in The World' This is it:

"Shootings in the world.
Shootings in the streets.
I know how it feels to be shot, or have somebody in your family shot.
'Cause when they killed my cousin it felt like they killed me.
Shootings in the world.
Shootings in the streets.
My brother, my sister why continue to kill when we are free?
I fear for my life when im walking in the street.
Because i feel that if I dont watch my back somebodys gonna kill me.
Is this what we faught for all those years?
To end up dead and gone, when the end is already near?
I pray to God no one else in my family get killed or shot.
'Cause in my heart i know we're all we got."

Today, I now know what makes me happy is my friends, and what makes me even more happy then my friends is my family. I talked to Maurice(Bestie) he made me realize what's important to me in my life. He made a point, he wants me to start going to Church every Sunday like im suppost to, showing that God is the number 1 thing in my life. Cheer isn't as important as getting in with God and getting my school work done is a must. But, he also wants me to run track. I don't know bout all that yet. If you move back to New York or Virginia what am I going to do? Who am i gonna get advice from? Briana you showed me that you were really and truely my real friend and I love you for that mamasz. Kierralynn you know that i absolutely love you.(what the hell eva) Shay. Thats my main role dog down for what ever when ever love you too girl.

Well, I must say that I had a good o8 had many different experiences with many new people. I will never forget those who came and left, I'm glad they showed me their true colors. Love what I'm doing with my life as of now. I have a lot of good stuff going for me cheer, student senator, bsu dancer, bsu 9th grade rep., advice giver, and I help tutor people in math. As a freshman in high school I'm loving the progression that I am making to better myself for the real world. To kick off o9 I was with the people I love the most my 'FAMILY & FRIENDS' we had so much fun together. I love the people that are in my life and especially my bestfriends(Daylon, Kierra, Leslie, Keaira) they are the few people who keep me sane. I thank God for everyday that I'm alive because too many people have left this world at a young age. Yes, I lost a few friends and a couple of cousins. So, I stay on my P's and Q's. Well heres to the new year. You guys will hear from me soon.
